Temporary (Jagua) Tattoos
Temporary tattoos in Amman using Jagua — a natural, plant-based ink that stains the skin a deep blue-black and fades on its own, so you can try a bold design with zero commitment.
What is Jagua?
Jagua is a temporary body art made from the juice of the jagua fruit, a plant that grows in South America. Unlike traditional henna, which leaves a reddish-brown stain, jagua develops into a deep blue-black that reads much more like a real tattoo — which is exactly why it has become such a popular henna alternative.
It is painless and needle-free: the ink is applied to the surface of the skin only, so there is nothing permanent and no healing involved. It is a beautiful way to try out a placement or design before committing to a real tattoo, or simply to enjoy bold body art for a special occasion.
Custom designs
From fine, delicate line work to bolder statement pieces, we draw your design freehand to fit the part of the body you choose. Bring a reference or an idea and we will adapt it to flow with your wrist, arm, hand, ankle or back — wherever you would like it.
Because it is fully temporary, it is perfect for weddings, henna nights, photoshoots and events — or just to experiment with a look. Send us your inspiration on WhatsApp and we will plan the design and placement with you.
How it develops & fades
Jagua goes on as a gel and needs time to work. Leave it on the skin for one to two hours, then peel it off — at first the stain looks faint, but over the next 24 to 48 hours it deepens into its full blue-black colour. Keeping the area dry while the paste is on gives the richest result.
The design then lasts around one to two weeks and fades away gradually and naturally as your skin renews — no removal needed. A quick note: jagua comes from a fruit, so if you have a known allergy to berries or related fruits, let us know first and we can do a small patch test.

Frequently asked questions
Both are natural and plant-based, but the colour is the key difference: henna stains reddish-brown, while jagua develops into a deep blue-black that looks much closer to a real tattoo.
