الشروط والأحكام

مرحباً بكِ في Nails Jo. باستخدامكِ أو الشراء من nailsjo.com فإنكِ توافقين على الشروط التالية — يُرجى قراءتها بعناية.

1. المنتجات والأسعار جميع الأسعار بالدينار الأردني. نعرض ألوان المنتجات وتفاصيلها بأكبر قدر من الدقة، لكن قد تختلف الدرجات فعلياً قليلاً بسبب اختلاف الشاشات والإضاءة. قد تتغيّر الأسعار والتوفّر في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.

2. الطلبات يُعدّ تقديم الطلب عرضاً للشراء. يحق لنا قبول أي طلب أو تقييده أو إلغاؤه — مثلاً عند وجود خطأ في السعر أو الاشتباه باحتيال أو نفاد المنتج. وفي حال إلغاء طلب مدفوع، يُعاد إليكِ المبلغ كاملاً.

3. الدفع نقبل الدفع عند الاستلام و CliQ. يلزم إتمام الدفع لمعالجة الطلب وتوصيله.

4. الشحن والاسترجاع يخضع التوصيل لسياسة الشحن، ويخضع الاسترجاع لسياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع. يُرجى مراجعتهما قبل الطلب.

5. الملكية الفكرية جميع محتويات المتجر — من صور وشعارات ونصوص وتصاميم — ملك لـ Nails Jo أو مورّديها، ولا يجوز نسخها أو إعادة استخدامها دون إذن.

6. الاستخدام المقبول توافقين على عدم استخدام الموقع لأي غرض غير قانوني أو بأي طريقة قد تضرّ بالمتجر أو تعطّله أو تعيق استخدام الآخرين له.

7. استخدام المنتج والمسؤولية منتجاتنا مستحضرات تجميل للاستخدام الخارجي. يُرجى اتباع تعليمات الاستخدام وإيقافه عند حدوث تهيّج. وبالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمّل Nails Jo مسؤولية سوء استخدام المنتج أو الأضرار غير المباشرة.

8. القانون الحاكم تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية.

9. التعديلات قد نحدّث هذه الشروط من وقت لآخر، وتُنشر أحدث نسخة دائماً على هذه الصفحة.

Welcome to Nails Jo. By accessing or purchasing from nailsjo.com, you agree to the terms below — please read them carefully.

1. Products & pricing All prices are in Jordanian Dinar (JOD). We display product colors and details as accurately as possible, but actual shades may vary slightly due to screen and lighting differences. Prices and availability may change at any time without notice.

2. Orders Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, limit, or cancel any order — for example in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or out-of-stock items. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

3. Payment We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and CliQ. Payment is required for the order to be processed and delivered.

4. Shipping & returns Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review both before ordering.

5. Intellectual property All content on this store — images, logos, text, and designs — belongs to Nails Jo or its suppliers and may not be copied or reused without permission.

6. Acceptable use You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the store or interfere with others' use of it.

7. Product use & liability Our products are cosmetic items for external use. Please follow the usage instructions and stop use if irritation occurs. To the extent permitted by law, Nails Jo is not liable for product misuse or for indirect or incidental damages.

8. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

9. Changes We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always posted on this page.
